Our privacy policy outlines what data Danielle Bleuse holds, how we receive, and use it.  Danielle Bleuse may change this policy by updating the information set out below so please check to ensure you are happy with the policy before using our website and services. This policy is effective from 12th February 2023.

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT

For all orders we may collect your name, email address, phone numbers, billing and shipping addresses that you provide.

For wedding customers we will also collect the details of wedding including the date, address and if necessary, the names and addresses of your guests.

For business customers we may collect business names, web addresses and logo files.

WHAT DO WE USE YOUR DATA FOR

Your data is used to communicate about your order, for creating digital proofs and then fulfilling your order and shipping it to you.

Your data is stored on our laptop and in emails. This is protected by password and by virus software.

Paper files are also kept securely in our office.

Misprints and setup prints containing any sensitive information such as home addresses or email addresses are shredded or burned.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA

Physical copies of your stationery may be kept for our portfolio if consent is given. Photographs of personalised stationery may be kept on our social media but will never include any addresses.

Order forms and invoices will be kept for a minimum period of 7 years as required by HMRC for our financial records.

Any other personal data taken from you will be deleted 1 year after your wedding date. You have the right to request that we delete all records at any time.

THIRD PARTY SHARING

We do not share any of your personal details with third parties unless absolutely necessary to complete and process your order.

Approved design files will be sent to companies that we trust to create our printing dies for letterpress, foil and embossed stationery.

If purchasing directly through our website, your information will be shared with  our website builder Squarespace as necessary to provide you with our services

If you have placed an order through our Etsy shop, your information will be shared with Etsy as necessary to provide you with our services

For payments on the website we use PayPal

Your shipping address and phone number if requested will be shared with our carriers when shipping your order out. We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce or UPS.

*All the above companies have their own privacy policies in place that comply with GDPR.

We may use your completed stationery to showcase on our social media. Any stationery will be photographed in such a way that full details of the event or any personal addresses or email addresses are hidden. Permission will be sought before sharing and you may request that any photos are removed.

COOKIES

A cookie is a small text file placed on your computer. Some cookies are ‘essential’ and are necessary for our website and online store to function.

‘Non-essential’ cookies are used to improve customer experience satisfaction of the website and to give us information about how our site is being used. You can choose to accept or decline cookies.

A cookie does not give us access to your computer or contain any information that personally identifies you.

You have the following rights concerning your personal data: When exercising any of the rights listed below, in order to process your request, we may require you to verify your identity for your security. In such cases we will need you to respond with proof of your identity before you can exercise these rights.
