Terms & Conditions

Please be advised to read the terms and conditions outlined below prior to placing an order with Danielle Bleuse. All orders placed are subject to acceptance with these terms and conditions.


Non personalised products:


Cancelations

An order may be cancelled at any time up until the item(s) have been posted. A full refund will be received.


Refunds

We really hope you love the items you have ordered from this site. However if you are not entirely happy please email us at info@daniellebleuse.co.uk. Unwanted products must be sent back to us within 10 working days from the day you received the products. The products must be a saleable conditions with their original packaging. Please ask for a proof of postage when returning your product via the Post Office as we will not be able to refund products that are damaged or lost in transit. Refunds will be made once items have been inspected and within 30 working days via PayPal. 

We will not cover the cost of return postage unless an error has been made on our part.


Variations

Danielle Bleuse cannot accept responsibility for slight colour variations. Every effort had been made to portray colour accurately through images on our website however please bear in mind that colours do vary between monitors. 

Our letterpress inks are carefully mixed using the Pantone formula guide but as they are mixed by hand some variation will occur between press runs. 


Shipping


Danielle Bleuse aim to ship unpersonalised stationery within 5 working days. We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for all our deliveries. If items do not fit through your letterbox a calling card will be left with instructions for rearranging your delivery.

For international deliveries will will again use Royal Mail services when possible. For larger orders please get in touch so we can discuss delivery options with you.

Danielle Bleuse cannot accept responsibility for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.


Personalised stationery:


Cancellations

An order may be cancelled as long as work has not commenced. When work on a personalised proof begins the 50% deposit will be non refundable. If an order is cancelled after production begins you will be charged for any items already made. 


Refunds

Danielle Bleuse is unable to offer refunds on personalised stationery unless an error has been made on our part. We strongly suggest samples are purchased for wedding invitations before placing a full order.


Proof approval

Proofs for personalised stationery will be emailed as a PDF document. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the layout, spelling and grammar. Once approval has been given by the customer Danielle Bleuse will not take responsibility for any errors and stationery will be made up to the approved proof. If replacements are needed they will be charged at the full price.


Turnaround times & shipping

Personalised proofs will be emailed within 3 working days from payment. Once approved your finished stationery will be made up and posted within 10 working days. Please do allow a little extra time for alterations to your first proof. 

All UK orders will be delivered with Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Deliveries will need a signature but will will email to discuss a suitable day. 

International deliveries are usually made with UPS EXPRESS. Again parcels will require a signature upon delivery but we will email to discuss a suitable day.

Danielle Bleuse cannot accept responsibility for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
